Welcome to La Residencia San Miguel de Allende. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the La Residencia San Miguel de Allende website and all services offered through it. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Full payment required to confirm the reservation

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

  • Rates will be quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • High Season | 100% Payment required at time of booking. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: 50% of the charge will be refunded. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival, No Shows and Early Departures, 100% payment charge.

  • Summer Season | 100% Payment required at time of booking. Cancellations made more than 45 days in advance: 50% of the charge will be refunded. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival, No Shows and Early Departures, 100% payment charge.

  • Holiday Season | 100% Payment required at time of booking. Cancellations, No Shows and Early Departures, 100% payment charge.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted inside La Residencia. Our Dog Concierge, a professional trainer, can arrange specialist boarding in a safe and comfortable setting, as well as day visits, walks, or outdoor time with your dog. This service is available at an additional cost and subject to availability.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with respect.

  • La Residencia San Miguel de Allende reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

7. Liability

  • La Residencia San Miguel de Allende is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of La Residencia San Miguel de Allende and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Guanajuato, Mexico.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
